Turn one visit into a regular.

Social platforms decide who sees your posts. Your email list is yours. We set up the emails that bring customers back, then write and send them for you.

Questions about email campaigns

Which email platform do you use?
We work with Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Brevo, Flodesk and most CRMs. If you don't have one yet, we'll recommend the simplest fit.
Is email marketing legal without explicit consent?
UK PECR allows a soft opt-in for existing customers about similar products, as long as they could opt out when you collected their details and in every email. Otherwise you need clear consent. We set this up properly.
How often should we send?
For most local businesses, two to four emails a month plus automations works well. Quality beats frequency.
Can you write the emails for us?
Yes. We write, design and schedule every campaign in your brand voice.
