Who we are
Flip The Switch is the controller of personal data collected through this website. Contact us at contact@fliptheswitchsocial.co.uk.
What we collect
When you use our contact form or the Find your switch chat, we collect what you give us: your name, email, and optionally your phone number, website and answers about your business. We also record which page you came from and any campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source) so we know which marketing is working.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and, if you want, to discuss working together. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to requests you've made. We don't sell your data, and we won't add you to a marketing list without asking.
Booking a call
If you book a call, the booking is handled by Calendly, which processes your name, email and chosen time under its own privacy policy.
Cookies and analytics
We only load analytics (Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel) if you accept them in the cookie banner. The chat stores small preferences in your browser, such as whether you dismissed a prompt, which never leave your device.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the business, such as Formspree (form handling), Calendly (bookings), and our CRM and email tools, under appropriate data protection terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months unless we start working together, in which case we keep records for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing contact@fliptheswitchsocial.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
